The CIDA team

This is the CIDA staff team. All staff have a specialist background in the creative and cultural sector and in aspects of business support, training, consultancy and management.

Lucy Kyle: Senior Project Manager & Advisor – Creative Industries

Lucy provides business advice and support to existing creative businesses. She can help you to develop your business, research new markets, access finance and build your networks. Lucy facilitates the innovative Creative Business Catalyst programme between HE students and creative industries business owners.

Toks Majek-Akisanya: Head of Operations

Toks ensures that we continue to develop and provide quality innovative services and products to meet dynamic needs of our clients and stakeholders. Contact Toks if you are interested in developing innovative ideas in the creative sector. Toks manages the youth focused Switching Up project.

Dilly Begum: Communications Manager

Dilly promotes CIDA's services and programmes. Regularly updates CIDA's website with news and information for creative and cultural industries. Send Dilly information on your business, organisation or activities to put onto to CIDA's Website and E-bulletin

Sandra Berlin: Administration Coordinator

Sandra manages CIDA's administration. Contact Sandra to make appointments for you to see anyone at CIDA, access CIDA's Resource Centre and online funding database and any general queries you may have about our services and programmes.

Martin Reid: Project Development Consultant

Martin is trained as an Urban Land Economist and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. His role involves the development and implementation of large scale social and economic regeneration. Martin is the Programme Manager for the three year Lottery funded Tower Hamlets ChangeUp consortium capacity building project. Contact Martin about community engagement strategies and innovative programmes around the Olympics Legacy.

Jessica Green: Project Coordinator

Jessica ensures smooth running of the Tower Hamlets ChangeUp consortium capacity building project. Contact Jessica about current activities and how you could contribute to the Changeup consortium activities and programmes.

Samaha Ahmed: Finance and Monitoring Manager

Samaha manages all aspects of our accounting, budgeting, cash flow financial planning and project accounting. She also supports CIDA's partners and works closely with our advisers on projects and clients financial planning needs

Yemisi Mokuolu: Project Consultant (Arts & Cultural Enterprise)

Yemisi provides project and business support to voluntary and community sector organisations and Social Enterprises. Yemisi can help you with project and organisational planning as well as marketing strategies to promote your creative projects, products, services or events.

Peter Osei: Interim Chief Executive

Peter is responsible for the development of CIDA's programmes and projects. Contact him if you are interested in partnerships, collaboration or joint initiatives with CIDA to provide creative industries business support services in your area.
