Tate is looking for a talented individual to join its Major Gifts team to play a key role in cultivating and stewarding major gift support from trusts, foundations and individuals for the UK’s largest arts campaign.

You will be inspired by the work of Tate and driven by the opportunity to build your fundraising / client relationship experience at this leading cultural institution. Your initiative, alertness and excellent influencing skills will enable you to navigate with ease through a large and complex organisation. Along the way you will be exposed to some of the world’s leading art collectors, philanthropists and curators.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift donors and developing compelling proposals to enhance their engagement with Tate. To be successful you will have excellent project management and relationship building skills gained either in a fundraising context or in a sophisticated client service business working with high net worth individuals. eg. Private banking, auction houses or similar. It is essential that you work well in a team.
