At the headquarters of our Consumer Goods Business (CGB) based near Zurich, approximately 370 employees focus on Global Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration.

The main task of the Entry-Level Jewellery Designer position is to follow up on all design development that is conducted for a new jewellery and accessories brand associated with Swarovski and targeting a consumer segment of young females (18 – 25 years) under the direction of the Head of Design. Additionally this position comprises the documentation of creative work packages including trend research, design briefings and collection reviews.

Your responsibilities will include the following main duties:

  • Review of external design drawings on completeness and correctness of specifications
  • Responsible for documentation of creative work packages including trend research, design briefings and collection reviews
  • Lead the documentation process for color variation for such incoming designs and existing collection
  • Support the process of creating color definitions regarding crystal stones and other materials
  • Compose design specifications from scratch according to given design or model
  • Responsible for the Re-design on given designs or models

They are looking for a candidate with a bachelor degree in Jewellery Design and first work experience. Thanks to your excellent time management skills, you know to set the right priorities and you appreciate to work independently. You are a dynamic and well-organized self-starting individual with strong team building skills. You feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment and you have a particularly good instinct for current market insights and needs. Excellent written and spoken English complete your profile.
