The position of General Manager is a new post, created as part of a re-structuring initiated by the Board of Directors and being implemented by the new Executive Producer.

The current team comprises Artistic Director, Executive Producer, Creative Consultant (freelance), Finance Manager (part-time), Bookkeeper (part-time), Education Assistant (part-time), Administrative Assistant (part-time).

The post will take on key responsibilities within the organisation, including finance and day-to-day tour management, and supporting production research and development.

This is a full time position, with a salary of circa £30,000 per annum.
