Dialogue is a creative agency whose ambition is to get clients’ brands on to the till receipt.
Ultimately, they persuade people to buy. The art of persuasion is guiding someone towards a desired action, and we employ a number of marketing techniques to achieve their goal:

This position is open to anyone graduating in 2011/2012 who has creative flair and meets the following criteria:
- Can demonstrate creative thinking (in business context) and generate a unique and fresh idea
- Ability to express that idea – through various media (relevant to our activation world)
- Can articulately present the idea (eg words, graphics, etc)
- Personality – someone who is ambitious, driven to achieve success and is passionate about creating ideas and making them happen
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours/week, with a salary of £19,000.00.

The brief:
- Select one of the below P&G brands: Venus, Gillette, Aussie, Tampax, Olay, Fairy, Braun or Duracell.
- Develop a creative idea, borne from a consumer insight that will persuade people to buy your chosen brand
- You also need to consider your idea in the context of what the brand objectives might be (e.g drive trial, increase penetration, and ultimately purchase)
- Demonstrate how your idea can be brought to life at key media touch-points. This can be expressed through any medium or method you feel best brings your idea
The winner will receive:
- A minimum 12 month contract within the creative departments of Ogilvy Group to include placements at dialogue and OgilvyAction in Paddington, London
- £19,000 annual salary, including a full range of benefits from subsidised gym membership, 20 days holiday, plus a tailored training programme
- A showcase of their work on the Ogilvy global website and dialogue and OgilvyAction’s websites
