Nishi Shah are a start up company, designing and producing made to measure women’s dresses in fine silk fabrics.

Duties include:

• Develop sketches
• Understanding of woven fabrics
• Develop garments from the original sketch
• Product is women’s tailored dresses
• Develop blocks, patterns, toiles
• Ensure accuracy of garment up to client’s measurements
• Work to develop the samples

Requirements:

• Pattern cutting
• Understanding of dress construction
• Experience with woven fabrics i.e. silks
• Some design experience

The salary and hours are negotiable.
