Since the first Matches store opened near Tom and Ruth Chapman’s home in Wimbledon in 1990, it has become a brand in its own right – an iconic retail experience, trusted by London’s most fashion literate clientele, offering the best of the best in established and new international labels.
Duties:
- Deliver aspirational use of product through consistently strong visual statements and product handling.
- Create visually exciting installations with team from the creative briefs and seasonal schemes in-line with Buying / Marketing direction.
- Drive improvement in Matches VM standards across all stores, working cross functionally across the business.
- Shop the competition and research trends to ensure that Matches is the destination for visual impact.
The successful candidate will be very confident, energetic, commercially focused and have a passion for the brand. You will have previous Visual Merchandising experience in a strong fashion retail background. You will also need to be highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week. The salary is £19,000-£21,000 per annum.
